- Work commences only after a 25% non-refundable upfront deposit is secured. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
- The agreed price includes a maximum of 3 rounds of revisions. Significant changes beyond this scope may incur additional fees.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my discretion without providing a specific reason.
- Active communication is required. If 72 hours (3 days) pass without a response from the client—and no prior notice was given—the commission will be considered abandoned and automatically cancelled.
- Refunds are exclusively issued in instances where the project cannot be completed due to my demonstrated inability to fulfill the agreed-upon scope of work, or if a significant fault in the delivered work is demonstrably my responsibility. Otherwise, all payments are final.
- In case the payment is chosen to be "Robux", all tax must be covered by the client.
